I am writing to wish you all success and hoping all goes well in your coming move to new premises. Thinking about this change makes me reflect on my association with, and thoughts on,"why a Broker" and "why this broker"? It began more than 50 years ago with Mr Don Chaplin selling/persuading me (and other members of the rugby team) that a £1 a week with profits insurance was a good investment. It was, as I discovered many years later. Ah Don! I wish I could have bought a hundred of those policies. Sage advice followed through the years on both insurance and a wider view in guiding ones life. As we progressed, forming a company in 1983, Routen Chaplin took over both the business and personal insurance elements for us. 

The advantages for us were many. The broker saves both time and money in research and finding the most appropriate product and being in constant touch with all matters of insurance is much better than me alone casting around when a renewal is due. This has saved money! A not unimportant aspect. Even better, it has also saved a good deal of time and work over all these years.

Summing up, and answering the questions in the first sentence. Why? These days with the advent of the internet we can ourselves question and compare. What does that give us? Choices. What do we get from a broker? Choices. Advice, an Overview with knowledge of our affairs, suggestions which can be compared, proactive contact regarding insurances and most of all, when things go wrong, help in processing claims and standing up for the customer. Why this Broker? It has done all this and more for us, for over 50 years. Can't be bad! Best of luck for your next 50.
