Gemma Bee is appointed as Chief Operating Officer

Routen Chaplin is proud to announce the appointment of Gemma Bee as Chief Operating Officer.

Gemma joined the business 3 years ago as Operations and Finance Manager and during this time she
has been instrumental in improving the financial controls, developing the team and systems and more
recently, ensuring business continuity during the pandemic.

Director, Steve Beeley said, “As an independent High Street Insurance Broker, our business is not
without it’s challenges and it’s essential that we have someone who can ensure that all aspects of the
business are operating as efficiently as possible. With her superb organisational skills and business
mindset, Gemma has helped me to develop the business over the past few years and I’m excited about
